This webinar will prepare states to develop a statement of work (SOW) for a Reemployment Services and Eligibility Assessment (RESEA) evaluation. The webinar will discuss the importance of a SOW and other important considerations for evaluations of states’ RESEA programs. Attend this session to receive useful tips for crafting a well-written SOW and selecting an independent evaluator that will be able to meet your state’s evaluation needs.

Description

This webinar expands upon June 2019’s Procuring and Selecting an Independent Evaluator webinar. Presenters review the considerations for writing an evaluation SOW and selecting an independent evaluator. In this webinar session, the presenters will walk states through a worksheet designed to inform states’ thinking about critical elements of an evaluation SOW and the desired qualities of an evaluator. Topics covered in the worksheet include key features of the planned evaluation, evaluator skills and experience, and practical constraints around the evaluation. The worksheet will also help states develop a set of next steps for drafting a SOW and selecting an evaluator that will be able to deliver an evaluation that meets the states’ needs.
