Employment and Training Administration will engage in a conversation that supports the great opportunity the workforce system has to be creative through its governance strategies.  There are many areas of the law that are not defined that the state workforce development boards can leverage to develop innovative solutions for job seekers and businesses through policy development.

ETA will have a discussion with states who have leveraged the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act  and explored new ways of governing as a result.  

ETA will encourage dynamic participation so please come ready to share what opportunity you have taken or want to take with us.
